No. You invite the bot once to the server, they answer from Discord through the message buttons. A player who does not want an account can fill in availability without ever opening the site.

A scrim is a custom game. The public Riot endpoints that trackers rely on do not return customs, which is why your scrims exist nowhere else. HexCore reads them through your Riot Sign-On authorisation, which opens access to your own custom games, so scrims and tournament matches come through like the rest.
