The hexcore.gg website and its tournament portal tournament.hexcore.gg are published by POCKET COACH, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Lyon trade and companies register under number 998 923 171, with its registered office at 2 allée Clos des Blanches Pierres, 69290 Grézieu-la-Varenne, France.

2. Hosting

The website and its pages are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, vercel.com, with server execution in the Paris, France region.

The application server, the database and team logos are hosted by Railway Corp., 548 Market Street PMB 68956, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States, railway.com, on servers located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Logos and banners uploaded from the tournament portal are stored by Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513, supabase.com, on servers located in Ireland.

The hexcore.gg and tournament.hexcore.gg domain names are registered with Hostinger International Ltd. Email for hexcore.gg is provided by Google Ireland Limited.

3. Riot Games

HexCore isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

4. Use of the Riot Games API

HexCore accesses game data through the Riot Games API, in accordance with the applicable developer terms. The game data displayed on the platform, including match statistics, rankings and in-game identifiers, remains the property of Riot Games and is presented for analytical and informational purposes.

5. Intellectual property

HexCore's visual identity, texts, interfaces, software components and editorial content are protected and remain the property of the publisher, with the exception of material belonging to Riot Games and content uploaded by users. Any unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

Team and organisation logos uploaded by users remain the property of their owners. By uploading them, the user warrants that they hold the necessary rights and authorises HexCore to display them on the platform.

6. Reporting illegal content

The platform hosts content published by its users, in particular team names and logos. Any manifestly illegal content can be reported to nicolas@hexcore.gg. The report must describe the content concerned, indicate where it appears on the platform and set out the grounds for the report.

7. Liability

The platform is provided as is. The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information and the availability of the service, without being able to guarantee either, in particular where the data comes from the Riot Games API or where that API is unavailable.

8. External links

The platform links to third-party websites, in particular op.gg, Discord and Riot Games websites. The publisher has no control over their content or their data practices.

9. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Dispute resolution is set out in the terms of service.
